1. Prenotazione e Pagamento
La prenotazione è confermata solo al momento del pagamento con carta di credito, effettuato direttamente tramite il nostro sito ufficiale toledoapartment.it.
Il sistema di pagamento è sicuro e crittografato. Non accettiamo pagamenti anticipati in contanti o bonifici bancari per prenotazioni online.
Il pagamento dell’intero importo è richiesto al momento della prenotazione.
2. Politica di Cancellazione (prenotazioni dirette)
Cancellazione gratuita fino a 20 giorni prima dell’arrivo, al netto delle commissioni bancarie
non rimborsabili.
Per cancellazioni oltre i 20 giorni dalla data di arrivo, sarà addebitato l'intero importo del soggiorno.
In caso di no-show, verrà comunque addebitato il 100% dell’importo.
Non sono previsti rimborsi per partenze anticipate.
3. Check-in e Check-out
Check-in dalle ore 14:00 (self check-in H24 disponibile).
Check-out entro le ore 10:00.
Early check-in e late check-out su richiesta, previa disponibilità.
4. Documenti e Contratto
Ogni ospite deve fornire un documento d’identità valido
per la registrazione obbligatoria presso le autorità.
È obbligatoria la firma del contratto di locazione turistica breve.
5. Regole della Casa
- 🚭 Vietato fumare all’interno.
- 🎉 Feste ed eventi non ammessi.
- 🐾 Animali non ammessi.
- 🤫 Silenzio obbligatorio: 22:00 – 09:00.
- 💥 Gli ospiti sono responsabili di eventuali danni.
6. Accesso e Sicurezza
L’appartamento si trova al 4° piano senza ascensore
e non è accessibile a persone con disabilità motorie.
Accesso solo per ospiti registrati. Sistema domotico attivo.
7. Responsabilità
Non ci assumiamo responsabilità per furti o danni a oggetti personali.
In caso di guasti interverremo tempestivamente.
8. Tassa di soggiorno
5€ a persona/notte(maggiori di 14 anni, max 14 notti).
Da pagare in contanti all’arrivo, salvo diverse disposizioni.
